Your tutoring package includes a set number of hours. If your sessions go beyond those hours, the additional time is billed automatically — so your tutoring never stops mid-track for a payment step. Here is exactly how it works:

• A card on file is required. Every purchase saves a card. That saved card is what future overage hours are billed to — no card on file, no automatic billing.
• Overage is billed at your package's hourly rate. Hours used beyond your package are charged at the same per-hour rate as that package — never a markup, never a surprise rate.
• You get a receipt for every charge. Each automatic overage charge sends a receipt to your email, and appears in your balance history below.
• You are always in control of your card. If you remove your only saved card, automatic overage billing can no longer proceed and active packages may be affected — we'll tell you before that happens.
